Exciting Trip Planned for OA on September 19th

The Chapter will not meet on Sunday because of Labor Day. Instead, Chapter leadership is planning a fun trip to the All-Indian Pow-Wow in Bartlesville on Saturday, September 19th.  In addition to the Pow-Wow, we are looking into a visit to Woolaroc Museum and Wildlife Preserve (lots of cool western and Native American artifacts), the Pawhuska Scouting Museum and possibly the Osage Tribal Museum.  If you are an OA member, mark your calendars and plan to participate! It should be fun!

Regular Razorback Chapter meeting details

The regular meeting times for the Razorback O. A. Chapter are as follows:
1^st Thursday of each month, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM concurrent with the District Leader Roundtable at the Rogers Central United Methodist Church on the corner of New Hope Rd and 26^th St.
And
The Sunday afternoon following the Leader Roundtable from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Springdale VFW on Highway 71B across from the AQ Chicken House Restaurant. The fellowship and crafts session is from 2:00 to 4:00 and the general Chapter meeting is from 4:00 to 5:00.

        In reference to a previous letter sent by Wachtschu Mawachpo Lodge, Razorback District of the Order of the Arrow, requesting a list of scouts that are eligible to become members of the Order of the Arrow.  Please provide me a list of these eligible scouts via E-mail.  Forward the listing to lkmbaker@sbcglobal.net and copy to benz11@cox.net.  If you should need assistance please feel free to contact me at 479-876-1741 or by E-mail at lkmbaker@sbcglobal.net.  Please pick several dates that you would like for you to have elections.  The last day for elections is March 8th and we will try to accommodate your first choice.

Make sure that your membership dues are paid! Form attached for you to complete if they are not. If they are not, the form is HERE.

Ordeal Candidates should have received a letter in the mail with the registration information. 
Those wishing to seal their membership and achieve Brotherhood should use the attached Brotherhood form. 
Others wishing to attend use the Event Registration form.

Registration Fee:  $15 - after May 15 it will be $20
Ordeal Fee:  $38 - after May 15th it will be $43 (includes sash and book)
Brotherhood Fee:  $36 - after May 15 it will be $41 (includes sash)
